Audioslave At Their Heaviest

Admiral Petty

This was an awesome debut album from an awesome band. This album like all Audioslave albums flows really well as a whole. What makes it stand out the most from their other two studio albums is how much heavier it is, showcased in songs such as “Cochise”, “Show Me How to Live”, and “Light My Way”. That’s not to say that it doesn’t have excellent soft songs and ballads, with songs like “Like A Stone”, “I Am The Highway”, and “Getaway Car” which has an awesome bluesy solo which isn’t something most are used to hearing from Tom Morello. I definitely recommend this album, but if you buy it from Itunes make sure to buy the $10 version, I’m not really sure why they have three versions of this album.
